finaly finish exam...last paper is yesterday .....hehe....

my housemate bek to malaysia d...left me alone ....haii.... feel so......

ok..although i exam...i still got watch movie 1 lo...

this week...uhm

i watch 2 movie la...1 is hulk another 1 is ZOHAN..
the hulk is a nice movie...i think is better than previous 1...how u all think leh???
the zohan is a comedy....realy funny.....i laugh until....no need eat my diner..haha

sunday...wat m i doing leh....
wake up late late.......den on9......watch series.......cooking n eat..
diner go eat japanese food......the aunty at there giv me pumpkin soup....haha....nice leh...

so tat is soup for tmr...haha...just need to "TING" then can eat d....

holiday life....dam boring... tmr will go get some grocery lo...if not...i nth to cook d...

ya..noon time i try cook....thai sos spaghetti.... wat spaghetti again.....YES...cos lazy ma....so think of new style lo....haha...




oh ya...friday night.....b4 exam.....lazy to out...so i ownself mix mushroom soup....not campbell 1 lo.....hehe...quite nice... but still can improve...

NO NAME YET

Took 600 Grams of chicken cut into smaller than usual pieces. 1 inch cubes!
Half a cup of Green peas

Two capsicum cut into 1 square inch pieces.
One medium size potato cut into 1/2 inch cubes

Two medium tomatoes chopped roughly.
2 bayleaves and 4 cloves
1 tsp black pepper freshly ground into a rough powder.
1 tsp each yellow ginger powder (turmeric ) and chili powder powder

3 green chillis sliced into halves.
1 large onion finely chopped.
1 TBS ginger garlic paste.

1 tbs of chop basil leaf

Small bunch of parsley leaf

5 TBS of oil

heat the oil and add two bayleaves and two cloves.
Add the onions, fry for a few minutes. Add the green chilli.
Don't wait till it is golden brown. Its ok if it becomes translucent.

Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for 30 seconds.
Add the chicken and stir well.

Fry for a 10 minutes and add the potatoes, green peas,

Cover it. Cook for 5 minutes and open it.

Now add half tsp of turmeric, half tsp of chilli powder and the parsley leaf

and stir well. Add the black pepper powder.
Add the capsicum and tomatoes and mix and then cover the pan and cook

Open and stir from time to time

When the chicken and potato is done…

B4 serves, garnish with 1 tbs of basil leaf

Ready to serves…enjoy

（吉隆坡4日訊）首相宣布汽油今晚半夜后起價78仙，每公升1.92無鉛汽油將漲至2.70。柴油從1.581漲至2.58。

汽油價格自由浮動后，政府將為馬力2000以下汽車車主提供每年625令吉郵政匯票現金回扣。

同時，油價每個月檢討，但會比市價低30仙。250cc以下摩哆車主一年可獲政府提供150令吉現金回扣。

realy a crazy news....our malaysia produce oil....... but now the petrol price keep increasing......

BN just lose 5 state...but now wan get money from the petrol to cover the state tat they lost......shit......

LAMB HOKKIEN CHAR

today is the 1st day of my holiday....but raining heavily whole day....shit.....
i wake at 11 sth..... haah...this call life lo...haha... ok.
lunch at yakiniku AGAIN.... this restaurant take alot of my money d..haha


diner time....
today diner was....LAMB HOKKIEN CHAR, as my house mate ask me cook...cos he say taste dam nice.... now this is the recipe ...
onion, garlie, slices of lamb that use to steamboat, hehe

the lamb need to cook same like steamboat. hot water... eat same like shabu shabu... put a while..den take out..

this is the lamb meat, after cook a while .

then the hot water that cook the lamb...use it for later...will extra taste for the mee.

oil, garlie, onion, 3 min
pour the mee....
then, sweet soy sos, oyster sos, soy sos, sesame oil, pepper and "LAMB SOUP"

stir it....until it mix around.....then as below



after mix it....just leave it for few min...



done....this is the complete LAMB HOKKIEN CHAR.....look nice, taste nice..

then u need to eat in some place that will let u feel nice. as below

Saturday.... after sem finish....wakaka

Today is the 1st saturday after this sem finish.....but.....still have report not yet complete...haii....but finaly complete in ....SUNDAY 1.00am....wah kaka...so dam happy....

Saturday lunch, i wit my housemate go china town eat CHICKEN RICE....yeah...is chicken rice....is so nice.... i lov the chicken rice the most....but is so far from my house...so need very very eng only can go eh... then go get some grocery bside the shop... get some sardines , ham and SOYA BEAN....yum yum...so nice.... bek home continue for my report lo...cos sunday due d...
haha


at night , i cook diner lo... my diner cost me....uhm..... 4 dolars kua...haha...yeah is 4 dolars... but need some skill to cook it la... wat is my diner???

no doubt, is LAMB CHOP , wit special sos that created by me.. wat is the sos??? is use butter to fry the garlie cube, then add some wine, mushroom,yum.... put basil, n intalian herbs and some black pepper. smell nice and taste nice. haha...
the lamb is medium raw, so still got some blood out, and is so soft..... eat without use steak knife.
